These Terms govern your use of One Link Work. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using One Link Work
One Link Work helps people create and share projects, discover people and opportunities, manage applications, and present professional work. You are responsible for the information, content, claims, project details, offers, and materials you submit through the service.
Accounts and acceptance
By creating an account, completing registration, or otherwise using One Link Work, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account. You must be legally permitted to use the service and to enter into any arrangements you make with other users.
Projects and opportunities
One Link Work is a platform that helps users connect around projects and opportunities. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, One Link Work is not the employer, client, contractor, agent, recruiter, representative, or party to an agreement between users. Users are responsible for independently confirming identity, experience, project details, scope, payment, taxes, insurance, permits, rights, safety, working conditions, deliverables, and any other terms directly with each other.
Project guidance and suggested terms
One Link Work may suggest project wording, questions, common topics to consider, example clauses, usage-rights topics, cancellation points, payment considerations, or other practical project guidance. These suggestions are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, employment, financial, or professional advice, do not create a lawyer-client or other professional relationship, and may not be appropriate for your location, industry, project, or circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and agreeing all terms directly with the relevant people and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Marketplace and discoverability
By creating an account, you understand that your professional profile and information you choose to make public may be included in One Link Work discovery experiences and in a current or future One Link Work marketplace or professional directory. This may allow project owners, collaborators, clients, or other users to discover and view your public profile. Private information and content marked as private are not intended to be made public through the marketplace. Where visibility controls are available, you may use them to limit discoverability.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, share, or use that content, including photographs, video, portfolio work, project materials, names, trademarks, and other intellectual property. By publishing content through One Link Work, you give us a limited permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service and the sharing or discovery features you choose to use.
Other users and accuracy
We do not guarantee the identity, background, qualifications, availability, accuracy, legality, quality, or reliability of any user, profile, project, opportunity, application, portfolio item, or statement made through the service. You are responsible for evaluating whether another user, project, opportunity, or arrangement is suitable for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use One Link Work to break the law, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, publish content you do not have permission to use, distribute malicious or deceptive content, mislead other users, scrape or abuse the service, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, projects, or content that create legal, security, integrity, or safety risks.
Connected services
One Link Work may let you sign in with or connect third-party services such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Drive. You choose whether to connect optional services and authorize the permissions shown during the connection flow. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability or permissions may change independently of One Link Work. Disconnecting a service stops future access through that connection, but content you previously chose to import or save into One Link Work may remain in your account until you remove it or request deletion, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Service availability and changes
One Link Work is evolving and may change over time. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed, including discovery and marketplace features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Disputes, payments and arrangements
Any agreement, payment, project relationship, employment or contractor arrangement, dispute, refund, cancellation, or claim between users is between those users unless One Link Work expressly agrees otherwise in writing. One Link Work does not guarantee payment, performance, project completion, or the outcome of any collaboration.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Link Work is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for agreements, conduct, work quality, payment, disputes, user-generated content, or losses caused by other users or by third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects how the service works or how user information is used, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
