Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026

One Link Work is a platform for creating and sharing project opportunities, discovering people, managing applications, and presenting professional work. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the service.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile details, portfolio content, project information, applications, contact details you choose to save, feedback, messages, responses, and other content you submit through One Link Work. We may also receive limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service, such as device, browser, log, page, and network information where available through our infrastructure or service providers.

Application contact details

You may save contact methods such as a phone number, WhatsApp number, Instagram profile, Messenger link, or email for use when applying to projects. Saved contact details are not automatically added to your public profile. When you apply, you choose which supported contact methods are shared with that project owner.

Product feedback

If you use the in-product feedback control, we may store the feedback you submit together with limited context such as the page where you submitted it, your browser or device information, and your account email when you are signed in. We use this information to investigate bugs, understand confusion, and improve the product.

Sign-in and connected services

If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, Apple, or Facebook, we may receive basic account information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier. If you choose to connect services such as Instagram or Google Drive, we request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose to use and use that data to provide the connected feature.

Google user data

Where One Link Work accesses Google user data through Google APIs, we use it only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, such as authentication or connected Google Drive functionality. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, operate profiles and projects, process applications, provide requested integrations, personalize the experience, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, improve product functionality, communicate about the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Marketplace and discoverability

When you create an account, professional profile information and content you choose to make public may be used in One Link Work discovery experiences and may be included in a current or future One Link Work marketplace or professional directory. This may allow other users, project owners, collaborators, or clients to discover your public profile. We do not intend to expose content you mark as private through those discovery features. Where visibility controls are available, you may use them to limit discoverability.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, analyze, or operate One Link Work; with third-party services you choose to connect; with project owners when you intentionally submit an application and choose information to share; when you intentionally publish or share content; when required by law; or when necessary to protect the service, our rights, or our users.

Public content

Projects, profile details, portfolio items, professional information, and other content you choose to make public may be visible to other people and may appear in search, discovery, or marketplace features. Please only publish information and content you are comfortable sharing publicly and have the right to share.

Connected-service data and disconnection

Optional integrations are activated by you. If you disconnect a third-party service, One Link Work will stop using that connection for future access, subject to the provider and technical implementation. Content you previously chose to import, upload, or save into One Link Work may remain in your account until you delete it or ask us to delete it, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention requirements.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may choose not to connect optional third-party services. Depending on applicable law and available product controls, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other action concerning your personal information. You may also request account deletion. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as One Link Work evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a material change affects how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
